60 year old female with PYREXIA SECONDARY TO UTI
I've been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of "patient clinical data analysis" to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history, clinical findings, investigations, and come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. Chief complaints: patient complaining of fever since 5 days difficulty in micturition since 5 days History of presenting illness: patient was apparently asymptomatic 5days back then she developed fever which is insidious in onset and intermittent in nature which aggravated during night and relieved on medication associated with generalised weakness and not associated with chills , rigors , cough, cold, headache, night sweat.
